No — and this is a firm policy. Your therapist will share what they observed and what they’d recommend, then leave the decision entirely with you. No pressure, no repeated asks, no guilt.

If you’re unsure, start with the Basic Plus Treatment (first trial $79.80). Your therapist will do a proper skin consultation and give you an honest assessment — then leave the choice completely with you.

For active acne or congestion → S5 Acne Treatment Facial.
For sensitive/reactive skin → Basic Plus or Oxylift Repair.
For milia seeds → Milia Seed Removal (with numbing cream).
For relaxation or a reset → Face Gua Sha Facial.

Yes — our S5 Acne Treatment Facial is specifically designed for active acne. It uses acid peeling, blue LED therapy light to target bacteria directly, and precision extraction to clear congestion safely. Active breakouts are exactly what this treatment is for.

Yes — sensitive and reactive skin is one of our specialities. Our therapists adjust technique, product concentration, and extraction approach based on how your skin is presenting on the day. We never follow a rigid protocol regardless of your skin’s state.

If you’ve had bad reactions at other salons, please mention this when booking and we’ll note it on your file.

Please arrive without makeup if possible. No other preparation is needed.

For most skin types, once every 4–6 weeks is ideal — this aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle. For active acne or congestion, monthly sessions are generally recommended.
