What should I expect on the day?
Ten minutes of consultation and skin reading, then the treatment itself — 60 to 105 minutes depending on what you've booked — and a short conversation at the end.
Do you offer add-ons like extraction or facial massage?
Extraction is part of the facials that call for it, never charged on the side. Face massage and gua sha, eye, neck and back treatments can be booked on their own or added to a facial.
Do I need to prepare anything before my facial?
No. Come as you are — makeup comes off in the first step. If you’re using a prescription cream or an acid at home, mention it, so extraction and peel strength can be adjusted.
How often should I come?
For most skin, every three to four weeks keeps things steady. Active acne or milia work may want a tighter run at the start, then spacing out.
How do I reschedule?
